Welcome to “Lockdown Sessions” a new series of interviews by the folks over at ILFORD Photo. This new series of interviews with members of the global film photography community kicked off with none other than EMULSIVE — me — a little earlier this week.
Speaking with Matt Parry, ILFORD’s Marketing Communications manager (and past EMULSIVE interviewee), about the interviews, Matt told me:
“We strongly believe the film photography community has the power and means to inspire others with ideas, creativity and behaviours. With much of the world in lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic we want to keep people connected and engaged.”
It’s a real honour to be asked to take part, especially as the very first one. You can read the full interview over on ILFORD’s website and if you aren’t already, please give them a follow on social media (Facebook, Twitter, IG). I’ve been assured that their interviewees are only going to get better and better from here on in 😉

Thanks for reading this little bit of navel-gazing and if you’re new to EMULSIVE, I hope the interview gives you a little more insight into this little labour of love I started nearly five years ago.
