After listening to far too much of the FPP, I decided that bulk loading film is the way to go. So, I bought some single rolls to experiment with. I have never shot anything slower than ILFORD PAN F PLUS 50 so when I saw this Svema MZ3 and its ISO 3, I decided I wanted to take a look at it. I love PAN F and the ability to shoot wide open regardless of lighting so why not give this a go?

This winter has been very random, bouncing from 70F to -10F, so on the random decent temperature day, I set out on a walk around Washington, DC with my tripod and shutter release cable.

I metered it handheld as the MX only goes to 25. I need to meter it more carefully as the film is very contrasty and the shadows very easily turned into deep black pits of ink.
